Terms of Use
Introduction
These Terms of Use are a legally binding Agreement ("Agreement") between you ("user", "you" or "your") and Fastento OÜ ("Quotte", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of Quotte.com services, and they shall apply to all users of quotte.com. Please read the Terms of Service carefully. If you do not agree with them, you should leave quotte.com and stop using Quotte services immediately.

Quotte is a web application created for journalists and experts in a type of online community. Journalists reach out to experts for factual enrichment, and experts provide commentary with possible use in journalistic articles.
Quotte may change the Terms of Service from time to time. You agree to abide by any changes to this Agreement when using Quotte's services after any such changes are published. Therefore, it is important that you review this Agreement regularly to be aware of any changes.

Liability
You assume sole responsibility for all of your actions related to your use of the quotte.com website. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (if different from 18) to use the Quotte Services. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You will not use Quotte services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. You will be responsible for not violating the laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
Terms of Registration
Using If you provide information that is untrue or no longer current or incomplete, Quotte has the right to delete your account or suspend your account and refuse to use Quotte tools in the future.
Quotte allows individuals and companies that have completed the identification procedures and have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions to use the services offered by Quotte. An unidentified customer may be restricted in their right to use the services of the Platform, except for the right to use when changing or supplementing their data and identifying themselves.
Identification procedures are performed by our service provider in full compliance with the GDPR and other personal data legislation. You can learn more about the processing of your data in our Privacy Policy.
By using Quotte, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link or by sending an email to.
Account Access
Only you or your authorized representative has access to the Quotte account. Upon authorization, Quotte sends a secure, short-term link to your email so that no one can access your account. You must notify Quotte immediately if you suspect that unauthorized persons have access to your email or account.
Paid Services
Expert Profile is a one-time, fee-based service where Quotte staff identify you and your expertise.
To use the service, we will ask for information related to your Purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, your billing address.
Quotte does not store credit card information on its web service; the card processing service is provided by Stripe.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment methods in connection with the Purchase; and that
- The information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.
By providing your information, you grant us the right to share information with third parties (Stripe) for payment processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in product or service description or pricing, an error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions.
